A very easy sugar-free granola cereal.
Ingredients:
4 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup artificial sweetener (e.g., splenda)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup water
1 cup dried blueberries
Directions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients.
2. Mix the wet ingredients.
3. Mix everything well.
4. Spread onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
5. When it cools, add the dried fruit.
