A very easy sugar-free granola cereal. Ingredients:
4 cups old fashioned oats |
1 cup wheat germ |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup artificial sweetener (e.g., splenda) |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/3 cup honey |
1/3 cup oil |
1/3 cup water |
1 cup dried blueberries |
Directions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients. 2. Mix the wet ingredients. 3. Mix everything well. 4. Spread onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. 5. When it cools, add the dried fruit. |
