Super Easy Spinach and Cheese Soup |

Someone at work gave this recipe to me. I didn't think it would be so good!!! This is SO yummy! Ingredients:
3 (16 ounce) cans low sodium chicken broth |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon garlic |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan bring broth and frozen spinach to boil. Add salt, pepper, and garlic and simmer on medium-low for 20-30 minutes. Slowly add parmesan cheese. Make sure there are no lumps or it will not melt. Simmer another 10-15 minutes covered. |
