This rice dish I came up with to go with my Mexican dinner I served for family. It is really easy, simple & good! :) Ingredients:
4 c. minute rice, cooked according to mfg. directions |
1 can rotel ( diced tomatoes & chilis) |
5 - 1 in. slices of velveeta cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix Rotel and cheese into the cooked rice. 2. Cook on low until cheese is melted; stir often. 3. Enjoy! :) |
