Yet another recipe I found in the Gooseberry catalog. Would be good served with mashed potatoes or even garlic mashed potatoes, Ingredients:
3 1/2 lbs beef roast |
1 (1 1/3 ounce) package onion soup mix |
26 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
1 2/3 cups water |
Directions:
1. Place pot roast in slow cooker; sprinkle with soup mix. Pour soup over the top; add water. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. |
