Super Easy Sausage Quiche |

Easy and tasy breakfast casserole. Tastes like a lot more work than it is. I often bring it for work pitch in food days and there's never any left. Ingredients:
1 sausage |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix |
1 cup cheese, shredded, cheddar |
2 crescent rolls |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain sausage. 2. Stir softened cream cheese and dry ranch mix together thoroughly. 3. Mix cooked sausage into cream cheese mixture. 4. In 9 x 8 baking dish, unroll one tube crescent roll cheese to make the crust. 5. Evenly spread sausage and cream cheese mixture onto crust. 6. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on top. 7. Cover with second tube of cresent roll. 8. Bake in oven as directed on cresent roll package, adding 5 -10 minutes to baking time to ensure the crust is done. |
