I can't remember where I found this recipe, but it is my favorite. It tastes just as good as my favorite Boardwalk sauce and the best part is it dosen't require cooking. I usually double the recipe for two pies as I like extra sauce. Ingredients:
4 ounces tomato paste |
1 1/2 cups water |
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil |
2 minced garlic cloves |
salt and pepper |
1/2 tablespoon oregano |
1/2 tablespoon basil |
1/2 tablespoon rosemary |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and refridgerate for at least an hour. |
