The easiest pecan pie you'll ever make. The family will think you worked all day. Sweet, nutty, and delicious. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup whole pecans |
1 cup corn syrup |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup melted margarine |
4 eggs, lightly beaten |
9-inch pie shell |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. With a mixer cream butter and sugar together. 3. Add corn syrup and eggs. 4. Sprinkle pecans in pie shell. 5. Pour filling over pecans. 6. Bake until pie is firmly set. |
