Light and healthy with zero mess to clean up afterwards, this refreshing smoothie/slushie is the perfect snack for a hot summer's day. Measure everything using the yogurt container. Ingredients:
6 ounces nonfat yogurt (i used dannon's light & fit toasted coconut vanilla) |
6 ounces calcium-enriched orange juice |
12 ounces crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Empty yogurt container into a blender. 2. Use the empty container to measure the orange juice and ice, and add those to the blender. 3. Blend and enjoy! |
