My oldest is the pickiest eater in the history of the world. Even now, at 15 years old, there are very few meals that he actually likes (although he will force down pretty much whatever I make). Most days he comes home from school and asks, Are we having chicken tonight? and I know he means this ridiculously simple baked chicken. Keep in mind that I have 2 boys (14 & 15) and this serves all 4 of us with some leftovers sometimes. I usually serve with green beans and some parmesan-butter noodles. Ingredients:
1 (4 lb) bag boneless skinless chicken breasts (can use halves or tenders) |
1 (16 ounce) bottle italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Dump bag of still-frozen chicken in baking dish. 2. Cover with entire bottle of italian dressing. 3. Bake 1 hour at 350. |
