Super Easy Impressive Chicken Dish

This dish is super easy, really inexpensive and really tasty. People often think I spent hours making it and they always ask for the recipe. The veggies can be changed and can be fresh or canned. Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 can campbell's healthy request cream of chicken soup
2 cans of veggies or equivalent amount of fresh veggies (2 different kinds)
1/4 cup white zinfandel (or preferred white whine)
salt and ground pepper (to taste)
*chicken broth can be substituted for wine
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the soup, wine, salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat until rippled
3. Sear the breasts for 6 minutes on each side. (Yes, I know we did not season them)
4. Add soup mixture and veggies to pan.
5. Cover and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes (or until chicken is cooked)
6. Serve.
7. **I serve this dish with rice and a nice crusty bread (for dipping).**
