Super Easy Healthy Pasta Salad |

I tried to make this as healthy as possible. You might want to add cheese or a vinagarette. You also may prefer not to cook the spinach. If so, just use less because it shrinks when cooked. Ingredients:
1 cup dry whole wheat rotini |
1/3 cup frozen lima beans |
1/3 cup frozen peas |
3/4 tomato |
2 cups spinach |
Directions:
1. Dice the tomato. 2. Boil the Rotini. While the Rotini is boiling. 3. Boil Peas, Lima Beans, and Tomato. 4. Put Spinach in a separate pan on high heat until wilted. 5. Drain the Rotini and Vegetables. 6. Combine and Enjoy! |
