i make this usually when im alone, i love soups. and this fills me up just fine.
Ingredients:
4 cups chicken stock
1 egg, beaten
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. bring stock to a boil then simmer.
2. slowly stir in beaten egg until soup thickens.
3. add salt pepper according to taste.
4. serve hot.
