Super Easy Corn Casserole |

This dish is really easy and tastes great! Ingredients:
1 can creamed corn |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 large egg |
this recipe can be doubled or tripled, depending on how many you need to feed. |
Directions:
1. Mix corn, flour and sugar well. 2. In a seperate bown, beat egg, then add to corn mixture and blend well. 3. Put mixture in a lightly greased pan (glass works best) 4. I either use an 8x8 for one batch or a 9x13 for two or more. 5. Cook on 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, more if you are making more than one batch. 6. I like to cook mine until there is a brown crusty layer on the tops and sides. |
