Super Easy Coconut Rum Balls |

Easy no bake holiday treat that everyone will love. Lots of options for you to try based on your own tastes. Ingredients:
1 (350 g) box arrowroot cookies |
1 (200 g) package chocolate wafer cookies |
1 cup sweetened coconut (shredded) |
1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/2 cup rum (spiced or white) |
1/2 cup sugar |
chocolate sprinkles |
cocoa powder |
icing sugar (powdered) |
berry sugar |
Directions:
1. Crush cookies into a bowl. 2. Add coconut an sugar, mix well. 3. Stir in rum. 4. Mix in condensed milk until dough is sticky. 5. Roll into 1 inch balls, then coat with desired garnish (my favorite is chocolate sprinkles) place on a cookie sheet. 6. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before transferring into air tight storage containers. 7. These treats can be eaten right away but taste better as time passes. |
