We got this recipe in a recipe swap at my son's elementary school. It is AMAZING, and so easy you feel a little guilty! Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
8 ounces cool whip |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 graham cracker crust (homemade or store bought) |
1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, cool whip and cream cheese in bowl until smooth. 2. Spoon mixture into graham cracker crust. 3. Drain cherries and put on top of pie. 4. Put in freezer until firm, approximately 3-4 hours. |
