A super easy way to make a yummy cheesecake. Ingredients:
3/4 c. milk |
2 tsp. vanilla |
2 eggs |
1 c. sugar |
1/2 c. biscuit mix |
2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes and softened |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. 2. Grease 9-inch pie plate. 3. Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and the biscuit mix in blender. 4. Cover and blend on high speed 15 seconds. 5. Add cream cheese. 6. Blend 2 minutes longer. 7. Pour into pie plate. 8. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean; cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 9. Cover and refrigerate any remaining cheesecake. |
