Super Easy Caramel Nut Tart |

This is from Kraft - super fast and yummy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup whipping cream |
2 tablespoons instant coffee, any variety |
1 (14 ounce) package caramels (about 50) |
4 cups pecan pieces, toasted |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.) |
1 square semisweet chocolate, melted |
Directions:
1. STIR cream and coffee granules in large microwaveable bowl until well blended. Add caramels; stir gently to coat. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minute or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute Stir in pecans and cinnamon. 2. SPREAD caramel mixture evenly into pie crust. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Cut into 8 slices to serve. 3. DRIZZLE tart slices and/or serving plates with the melted chocolate. |
