This is a recipe from my mom. I could eat this creamy caramel-y stuff with a spoon! Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Cream the sugar and cream cheese until light; then mix in the vanilla. 2. Chill 1 hour. 3. Enjoy! |
