Easy to make and delicious. Great for barbeques, picnics, cookouts etc. Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs |
4 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons finely minced chives or 2 teaspoons finely minced shallots or 2 teaspoons finely minced onions |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Cut hard boiled eggs in halves lenghtwise. Remove yolks and mash. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 3. Add more mayonnaise, if needed. 4. Refill whites wirh yolk mixture. 5. Sprinkle with paprika to garnish. 6. Chill and serve. |
