Super Delish Easy Crockpot Mac and Cheese |

Adapted from a fix it and forget it book, this was a happy surprise since we were just throwing stuff together, hoping not to work too hard. Ingredients:
3 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked |
1 lb velveeta cheese, sliced |
6 tablespoons butter |
1/2 gallon milk |
1 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. Throw it all in the crockpot - recommend you use a liner - turn it on low. You will have to stir occasionally as the macaroni will clump up. It will look too watery for quite a while. 8 hours later - great mac and cheese. |
