My mom makes this sauce when we have a BBQ. Sometimes BBQed meats are too dry so if you add this sauce, they will be delicious!

Ingredients:

1/2 pint sour cream

1 cup cilantro

salt & pepper

Directions:

1. Blend sour-cream, cilantro, salt and pepper in blender.
2. Serve with meats or rice.
