Yes, you can coat oven-fried chicken with just about anything. Here it is covered with stuffing mix to make a crunchy mouthful of goodness. This is so easy, the kids can help. Serve this with fresh vegetable sticks such as carrots, celery and cucumbers and a fresh fruit salad. Recipe from the Stove-Top people. Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.) |
1/4 cup miracle whip light |
1 (6 ounce) package stove-top stuffing mix for chicken |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with foil. 2. Spread chicken with dressing. 3. Mix stuffing mix and cheese in a pie plate. Add chicken, one piece at a time, turn evenly to coat. Place on prepared baking sheet. Discard any leftover stuffing mixture. This is a safety precaution. 4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is done. |
