Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
7/8 cup cornmeal (1 cup minus 2 tbsp.) |
2 tablespoons masa harina (golden corn flour) |
1/4 cup sugar |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 egg |
1 1/4 cups cups milk |
1/4 cup melted butter (room temperature) |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. Add egg, milk and butter. Beat at low. 2. speed for one minute. Bake in an oiled 8 by 8 inch pan in 425. 3. degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until done. |
