Good and good for you! Ingredients:
1 medium banana, frozen |
1 cup skim milk |
1/3 cup non-fat powdered milk |
2 tablespoons peanut powder (powdered peanut butter available in the organic section) |
2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder (i use eas) |
Directions:
1. 1. Chop the frozen banana into small chunks. 2. 2. Put all ingredients in your blender and turn it on. 3. 3. When thoroughly blended, pour into a glass and enjoy! |
