I like this recipe because it is good for diabetics and all dieters.It adds a flavor to a meal. Ingredients:
1 package sugar-free orange gelatin |
1 cup boiling water |
2 tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 cup crushed drained pineapple, reserve juice from pinepple plus enough cold water to make 1 cup |
1 cup grated carrot |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients. 2. Cool until slightly thickened, then add pineapple and carrots. 3. Pour in mould and let set. |
