1 1/2 cups cooked elbow macaroni |
1 cup sliced green beans |
1/2 red capsicum, finely sliced |
1/2 cup celery, finely sliced |
1/4 cup chopped shallots |
2 tbsp mayonnaise |
shredded lettuce for serving |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss thoroughly. Chill until needed. Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce. |
