I made this for myself this morning and it is oh so good!!! Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice |
1 banana |
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder |
4 -5 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. 2. Serve immediately. |
