Great with everything - bright and sunny in the jar! Ingredients:
4 quarts cucumbers, peeled and seeded |
3 cups white vinegar |
3 cups white sugar |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1 teaspoon turmeric |
Directions:
1. Cut cukes into 1 inch pieces after they have been peeled and seeded. 2. Cook cukes in water until tender - then drain. 3. Cook all ingredients in pot for 15 minutes and process in canning jars (water bath.) |
