Citrusy steel cut oatmeal Ingredients:
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup steel cut oats |
5 dried apricot halves, chopped |
4 pieces pineapple, chopped |
3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Bring the water and juice to a boil. 2. While it's heating add the cut up apricot and pineapple. 3. After it's boiling add the oats and stir until it thickens. Serve immediately, with the yogurt and cinnamon on top. |
