This beverage works well for a holiday brunch. For another version, substitute Champagne for the ginger ale. You can combine everything but the lime slices and the ginger ale up to two days before the brunch; add the ginger ale immediately before serving so it keeps its fizz. Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple juice |
2 cups cranberry juice cocktail |
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 large limes) |
9 lime slices |
1 (11.5-ounce) can apricot nectar |
2 (12-ounce) cans ginger ale |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large pitcher; cover and chill. Add ginger ale just before serving; stir gently. Serve over ice. |
