Inspired by the tequila sunrise, this is a non-alcoholic adaptation that is a lovely breakfast/brunch beverage.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup freshly squeezed tangerine juice or 3/4 cup orange juice
3 -4 ounces pomegranate juice (fresh squeezed or bottled)
lime slice
Directions:
1. Add 3-4 ice cubes in an oversize wineglass.
2. Pour the tangerine juice over the ice; top with pomegranate jucie, which will sink in slowly.
3. Serve garnished with lime.
