This salad is very subtle and refreshing.
Ingredients:
6 oz noodles
6 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 cucumber
2 green onions
Directions:
1. Cook vermicelli noodles in boiling water.
2. add vinegar, sugar, soy and sesame seeds to medium sized bowl with drained noodles.
3. Slice up cucumber and add to bowl, top with sliced green onions.
