A mix of our favorite eggs. Ingredients:
2 large eggs |
half-and-half or light cream |
Directions:
1. Crack egg in large frying pan. 2. Let egg fry until barely white. Then,scramble the yolk, add a little cream to the scrambled egg area, but leave the egg white alone. Let the egg finish cooking. Do not flip. 3. Bon appetitte! |
