Ingredients:
4 cups shredded raw carrots
2 cups crushed pineapple, drained & pressed in colander
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix all together.
2. fridge at least 3 hours before serving.
