An oldie but goody. Creamy banana cream pie with toasted coconut toppng Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust |
2 bananas |
1 8oz. cream cheese,softened |
2c milk |
1 31/4oz vanilla instant pudding mix |
toasted coconut |
Directions:
1. Slice bananas into graham cracker crust. Gradually add 1/2c milk to cream cheese,mixing till blended. Add pudding mix and remaining milk,beat slowly 1 min. 2. Pour into crust and chill. Garnish with toasted coconut. |
