This is off of my Mom's recipe cards. I have never made this recipe. Cooking time is refrigeration time. Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix |
2 bananas |
2 cups milk |
coconut |
Directions:
1. Slice bananas into crust. 2. Slowly add 1/2 cup milk to soften cream cheese. 3. Mix until well blended. 4. Add pudding mix with remaining milk. 5. Beat one minute. 6. Pour into crust. 7. Chill. 8. Garnish with coconut. |
