Sunflower Oatmeal Bread (Bread Machine)

Beth Hensperger; 1 1/2 lb. loaf
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
5/8 cup buttermilk
1 large egg
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon molasses
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon gluten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons fast rising yeast (or 2 1/2 t. bread machine yeast)
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to the bread pan according to the order in the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Set crust on medium and program for the Basic cycle; press Start.
3. When the baking cycle is complete, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
4. Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
