800 g soft tofu |
4 cups vegetable or mushroom broth |
2 tbsp chili powder |
3 cups sliced mushrooms |
3/4 cup chopped onion |
2 tbsp minced garlic |
30 g chopped scallions |
2 tbsp vegetable oil |
1 tsp salt |
