Sundried Tomato And Garlic Dip |

Easy and tasty dip that can be made ahead. Chill at least 2 hours, I like to make it the night before. Great with the roasted garlic triscuits. I have added spinach and artichokes to this as well. Ingredients:
1 tub (8 oz.) philadelphia cream cheese spread |
1/2 cup kraft mayo |
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained, chopped |
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper |
** 1 small jar artichoke hearts, chopped and drained and 1/2 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained can be added. (i throw in a couple t of sour cream when i add the extra veggies). |
Directions:
1. MIX all ingredients until well blended. 2. Serve with crackers and/or fresh veggies |
