Omlets every Sunday!
Ingredients:
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/4 c chopped mushrooms
1/4 c chopped onions
3 large eggs
1/8 cups colby cheese
Directions:
1.
Sautee all veggies in 1/2 Tbls spoon of EV Olive oil for about 5 min on Med-Low heat.
2.
Combine your favorite herbs into the mix
3.
Pour in scrambled egg mixture
4.
Cook to desired consistency.
