This is a recipe I got from my mother-in-law. This roast turns out very moist. I also add potatoes and carrots for a complete meal. Ingredients:
1 (5 lb) pork roast |
1 garlic clove, slice into 5 sections |
1 (1 ounce) package beef soup mix |
2 cups warm water |
Directions:
1. Rinse pork with cold water. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 3. Poke holes, about 5, in pork roast. 4. Place garlic in holes. 5. Mix dry soup mix with 2 cups warm water. 6. Pour over roast. 7. Roast covered in oven for three hours. |
