Pork tenderloin with sweet and tangy sauce Ingredients:
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon light soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, grated |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium.in small saucepan stir together ketchup,browm sugar,soy sauce,ginger,garlic,and dry mustard;bring to boiling.set aside 1/4cup of the sauce in refrigerator. 2. arrange grill for indirect cooking. grill tenderloin,covered 20 minutes;brush with sauce. grill 15 to 20 minutes more or until meat thermometer reads 160f. slice and serve with reserved sauce. |
