Coffee Cake with cinnamon-streusel topping Ingredients:
1 1/2 c flour |
1 egg |
3/4 c sugar |
1/2 c 1% milk |
1/4 c margarine |
2 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp salt |
3/4 c brown sugar |
2 tbsp flour |
2 tbsp margarine |
2 tsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Pour half of the batter into 9 x 9 pan
2. Add topping
3. Pour remaining batter on top
4. Add remaining topping
5. Cook at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes
