This smells great while it's cooking and taste good to. The lady I got this recipe from says she makes it on Sunday's. I got this recipe from a lady at our local food pantry. The Curry powder amount is estimated. Ingredients:
10 lbs top round roast, sliced into chunks |
3 large green peppers, sliced thin |
1 sweet onion, sliced thin |
1 fresh garlic clove, minced |
8 white potatoes, sliced in chunks |
2 teaspoons mild curry powder (in glass jar) |
2 teaspoons lemon pepper |
2 ounces sazon goya (2 packages) |
2 teaspoons adobo seasoning |
2 teaspoons seasoning salt |
pepper, taste |
rice (boil bag kind) |
Directions:
1. Cook till meat is cooked and vegetables are cooked. 2. Serve over rice. |
