A simple creamy chicken recipe Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked rice |
1 whole chicken, cut up |
salt and pepper |
1 ounce onion soup mix |
1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
8 ounces milk or 8 ounces water |
Directions:
1. Grease 9 x 9 inch pan or casserole dish. Spread rice evenly over bottom. Add cut up chicken over rice. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Top with mushroom soup and 8 ounces milk or water. Bake approximately 2 hours at 325 degrees. |
