It tastes like a real sundae! Ingredients:
4 ounces fat free caramel yogurt |
1 frozen banana |
5 frozen strawberries |
1 scoop non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt |
1 1/2 tablespoons chocolate syrup |
Directions:
1. Combine the caramel yogurt and frozen french vanilla yogurt in a blender. 2. Peel and chop frozen banana and wash and chop strawberries and add to blender. 3. Finally add chocolate syrup to blender and blend until smooth. |
