1/2 c. cream cheese |
2 tbs. mayo |
12. hard boiled eggs peeled and cut lengthwise in half |
1 c. shredded carrots |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, mayo and 6 of the egg yolks until well blended. 2. Cover and refrigerate remaining egg yolks for another use such as egg salad for sandwiches. 3. Add carrots; mix well. 4. Spoon evenly into egg white halves; cover. 5. Refrigerate at least 30 min. before serving. |
