Sun dry tomato, garlic and basil, Tofu Ingredients:
670 grams tofu |
120 grams sun dry tomato packed in oil, drained |
4 cloves garlic raw |
1/2 tsp sea salt |
2 tsp dried basil |
Directions:
1. drain and mash the tofu in a bowl 2. add the salt 3. crush the garlic, cut the drained tomatoes in small bits 4. mix the lot and add the dried or fresh basil or both 5. serve ot or cold with vegetables, pasta or just on a toast |
