Italian spin on my favorite fish! And it's healthy too! Ingredients:
24 ounces salmon fillets |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained |
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato dressing |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Place salmon on a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. 3. Combine tomatoes and dressing. Pour over salmon and sprinkle with cheese. 4. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes. Serve with rice or butter noodles. |
