Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
500 g shell pasta, cooked
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, sliced
1 cup chopped sun-dried tomato
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons grainy mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 slices bacon, chopped
Directions:
1. Fry bacon until crisp, set aside.
2. Fry onion until soft.
3. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, mustard and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add bacon to tomato mixture and toss over cooked pasta.
6. Serve.
